public funds it administers, and to this end may use the
information you have provided on this form for the prevention and
detection of error, fraud, and other forms of crime such as money
laundering - or to satisfy the requirements of a request made under
the Freedom of Information Act 2000 or the Environmental
Information Regulations 2004.
For these purposes, it may also share and match this information
with that of other bodies responsible for auditing or administering
public funds.
Such bodies may include the Audit Commission's National Fraud
Initiative (NFI), the Department of Works & Pension (DWP), the
National Anti-Fraud Network (NAFN), other local authorities,
government departments and agencies.

information will not be released without your permission, except
where the law allows as noted above.
