Service Standards

What you can expect as a service when you contact the Benefits Service.

The Customer Service section dealt with 131,802 telephone calls and saw 15,610 customers face to face between 1st Nov 2015 and 31 Oct 2016.

We aim to answer your telephone call within 2 minutes and deal with visitors to the section within 15 minutes.

As part of our effort to improve the service you receive we have written a Service Standard for the Revenues and Benefits Services.
