Town Centre Offices
The Town Centre Offices process payments for the Council, including:
- Council Tax
- Business Rates
- Council Invoices
We have letter boxes at the Town Centre Offices where you can deposit your cheque payment and bill/payment card when we are closed. We will post your receipt back to you.
We accept card, cash and cheque payments when visiting in person.
In addition to payment facilities we offer advice and information on all Council issues and can provide the appropriate forms or leaflets.
If we cannot answer your enquiry we provide a free phone service to the Council's headquarters in Ripley.
The Town Centre Offices have wheelchair access and induction loops for hearing aid users.
The Council has Town Centre Offices in Alfreton, Belper, Heanor and Ripley.

Heanor: Town Hall, Market Place, Heanor, DE75 7AA

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 9.00am - 4.30pm
Wednesday: 9.00am - 1.30pm
Ripley: Town Hall, Market Place, Ripley, DE5 3BT
Opening hours for Ripley:
Monday to Friday: 9.00am - 4.30pm
