Understanding your customers with dementia

Dementia is one of the greatest challenges we face in society today with 850,000 living with the condition in the UK – over 14,000 in Derbyshire.

Towns, cities and villages across the UK are recognising the need to better support people affected by dementia. We believe that Belper has what it takes to be a Dementia Friendly Community. Shops and businesses in Belper now have a fantastic opportunity to start their journey of becoming Dementia Friendly by signing up to FREE training to gain a greater awareness and understanding of dementia to help your customers.
