Amber Valley Borough Council has its headquarters in the town of
Ripley.
There are payment and information offices in Ripley, opening
hours Mon to Fri 9:00am till 4:30pm also Alfreton, Belper and
Heanor, opening hours Mon Tues Fri 9:00am till 4:30pm Wed 9:00am
till 1:30pm. These offices also have a free phone service to
headquaters in Ripley.
All council offices including those within depots are maintained
to legislative standards, regulations and any relevant codes of
practice. Public access is not freely permissible in all of these
offices but where necessary a reception area is available. These
