Amber Valley Borough Local Plan - The Draft Local Plan
Amber Valley Borough Council is preparing a new Local Plan, which will set out a vision and a framework for the future development of the Borough up to 2028 and will include policies and proposals to address needs and opportunities in relation to housing, the economy, community facilities and infrastructure, as well to safeguard the environment.
The Draft Local Plan is now out to public consultation for a 6 week period.
The Borough Council welcome your comments on the policies and proposals in the Draft Local Plan and on the accompanying Draft Sustainability Appraisal and Draft Infrastructure Delivery Plan.

A series of public consultation events in relation ot the Draft Local Plan will be taking place during the consultation period.
