Belper Neighbourhood Area Application

 

The Designation of the Parish Of Belper as a Neighbourhood Area was agreed on 12 February 2015. 

Amber Valley Borough Council has received an application from Belper Town Council under Regulation 5 of the Neighbourhoos Planning (General) Regulations 2012 for the Borough Council to designate the area comprising of the Parish of Belper as a Neighbourhood Area within the meaning of Section 61G of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 ( as amended by the Localism Act 2011).
