The Local Lettings Agency is a partnership between the Decent & Safe Homes (DASH) project, Local Authorities and Derventio Property Management Service (DPMS). The aim is to provide an increased choice in homes to let through a professional, cost effective and ethical service for landlords both large and small.

The Local Lettings Agency can assist landlords with the following: ยท

  • A fast tenant finding service
  • A full professional property management service
  • Additional benefits in tenant support services
  • Signposting to advice, grants & other landlord incentives
  • Free membership to the East Midlands Landlord Accreditation Scheme and much, much more!
