Sale of land at Moorside Lane in Holbrook

Amber Valley Borough Council is proposing to sell around 273 square metres of land at Moorside Lane in Holbrook.

Plans of the land - which has planning permission for construction of a single dwelling - can be viewed at Ripley Town Hall during office hours.

Representations on the proposed sale of the land must reach the following address no later than 4pm on Wednesday 24 January 2007: PM Carney, Chief Executive (ref: LAN/GEN/07/001), Amber Valley Borough Council, Town Hall, Market Place, Ripley Derbyshire DE5 3XE.
