Amber Valley Borough Council has published the outline planning permission for the proposed development of the Cinderhill Opencast Site, Derby Road, Denby. The document is available on the Council’s website www.ambervalley.gov.uk and from Ripley Town Hall Reception and the four Town Centre offices.
The Council’s Planning Board considered the outline planning application for the proposed development of the Cinderhill site for business, retail, residential and community use at its meetings on 25 September 2007, 3 December 2007 and 14 January 2008.
The application for outline planning permission was approved on 14 January 2008.
The Council will publish further information on the next steps in the detailed planning of the development, including local liaison and consultation, in due course.
