New operators set to run Alfreton Market Hall

Alfreton Market Hall is set to have a change in its management, after the current operator gave Amber Valley Borough Council notice to terminate their lease.

Stuart Bradford, Leader of Amber Valley Borough Council said “The current operator has informed us that they intend to terminate their lease on the Market Hall at the end of March. We have now begun the process of advertising for a new operator for the market.

“In the meantime, it’s business as usual as far as we’re concerned! We intend to ensure that the transition to a new operator is as smooth as possible and are not anticipating any significant changes for either the existing traders or customers.”
