Relive your memories of Heanor

‘Memories of Heanor and District’, an exhibition of photographs and documents illustrating a nostalgic walk from Langley Mill to Codnor via Heanor and Loscoe is being held at the Tourist Information Centre, Town Hall, Ripley from Tuesday 4 March 2008 until Saturday 29 March 2008.

The exhibition is being staged by the Heanor and District Local History Society. Entry to the exhibition is free of charge.

Notes for editors:

The Tourist Information Centre is open on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays between 9.30am and 5.30pm, on Wednesdays between 10am and 5.30pm and on Saturdays between 9.30am and 3pm. On Wednesday 12 March the Centre will close at 4.00pm for staff training. The Centre will be closed on Easter Monday 24 March and will reopen at 9.30am on Tuesday 25 March.
