Amber Valley Borough Council’s Regeneration Team is developing a masterplan for Ripley town centre. The purpose of the masterplan is to provide a holistic vision for the regeneration of Ripley town centre, and will consider options for vacant properties and under-utilised land, accessibility, traffic, the retail offer and the quality and design of buildings and public areas.
Update 26th October 2009
The Ripley masterplan is now nearing completion and will be taken to the Amber Valley Borough Council meeting on the 18th November 2009. The final draft can be seen in the further document sections.
After the Ripley Masterplan has been endorsed Amber Valley Borough Council and partners will develop projects to take forward the masterplan. These projects will be put on the website www.ripleymasterplan.info
