Who we can help:
The Funding Team are here to provide funding advice to local voluntary and community groups, social enterprises and registered charities. We can help find funding for the day-to-day running costs of a group, new or on-going projects or even renovation/new building work. Some of the projects we have helped include: local sports clubs, carnivals and events, improving toilet facilities, scout and guide groups, play ground equipment, senior citizens groups and conservation projects.
How we can help:
There are a number of ways that we can help groups, clubs and individuals to secure funding, these are:
- Carry out funding search, using the Grantfinder database
- Send out a report detailing funding organisations that may be able to help
- Visit groups to provide funding advice.
- Sign post to other organisations that may be able to help.
- Advice and support you through the application process.
- Help and advise you to monitor and evaluate projects in accordance with the funder’s guidelines.
