Local Plan and Local Development Framework

Amber Valley Borough Council is responsible for the preparation of development plans for the Borough. These plans include the Adopted Amber Valley Local Plan 2006 and Local Development Framework documents.

Derbyshire County Council is responsible for the Derbyshire Waste and Minerals Local Plans and transport policy.

Derbyshire County Council is responsible for applications concerning Waste and Minerals proposals.
