Local Development Plans

Amber Valley Borough Council is responsible for the preparation of development plans for the Borough. These plans include the Adopted Amber Valley Local Plan 2006 and Local Development Framework documents.

Derbyshire County Council is responsible for the Derby and Derbyshire Joint Structure Plan, the Derbyshire Waste and Minerals Local Plans and transport policy.

The East Midlands Regional Assembly is responsible for the preparation of the East Midlands Spatial Strategy.
