Description of service

The Derby & Derbyshire Joint Structure Plan sets out strategic planning policies for Derby City and the various districts within Derbyshire, including Amber Valley. The Joint Structure Plan, which was adopted in 2001 and covers the period up to 2011, also includes requirements for new housing development and employment land provision within Amber Valley.
