Annual Monitoring Report December 2007

The Government has recently introduced a new development planning system. Under this new system, the Borough Council is required to prepare a document known as the Local Development Framework Annual Monitoring Report.

The purpose of the Annual Monitoring Report is to set out information on the Implementation of the Local Development Scheme (LDS) and the extent to which policies in Local Development Documents (LDDs) are being achieved.

The Annual Monitoring Report has now been formally submitted to the Secretary of State.
