Local Development Scheme (LDS)

In accordance with Regulations 11 and 12 of the Town and Country Planning (Local Development) (England) Regulations 2004, the Borough Council has now brought into effect a revised Local Development Scheme (LDS) for Amber Valley. This can be downloaded by following the link on this page.

The revised LDS is a 3 year programme of document preparation, which will be reviewed and rolled forward on an annual basis. The various documents prepared under the revised LDS will collectively form the Local Development Framework (LDF) for Amber Valley.
