Supplementary Planning Documents

Description of service

The Borough Council has prepared a number of Supplementary Planning Documents (SPD) in accordance with Government guidance as contained in Planning Policy Statement 12: Local Development Frameworks, paragraph 2.43, which states that supplementary planning documents may expand policy or provide further detail to policies in a development plan document.

There are currently 4 documents that are at the Draft stage. Any comments on these documents should be made before the specified deadline.

	Town Centre Offices in Alfreton, Belper, Heanor and Ripley.	The Council has offices in each of the 4 town centres that can be used to access a wide range of services.
