Amber Valley Borough Council aims to remove any small scale flytipping from the public highway within two working days. Large scale tipping which requires specialist vehicles is removed as soon as possible.
If flytipping offenders are identified, in all cases the council will issue fixed penalty notices or prosecute.
Asbestos and other hazardous materials are removed by specialist contractors appointed by the council.
