Amber Valley Borough Council has it's headquarters in the town of Ripley.
There are also four Town Centre Offices, in Alfreton, Belper, Heanor and Ripley, where you are able to make payments and have access to advice and information on many Council issues. There is also a free phone service to the Town Hall in Ripley if your query cannot be resolved at the local office.
All council offices including those within depots are maintained to legislative standards, regulations and any relevant codes of practice. Public access is not freely permissible in all of these offices but where necessary a reception area is available.
