There are payment and information offices in Ripley, opening hours Mon to Fri 9:00am till 4:30pm also Alfreton, Belper and Heanor, opening hours Mon Tues Fri 9:00am till 4:30pm Wed 9:00am till 1:30pm. Thesee offices also have a free phone service to headquaters in Ripley.

Public access is not freely permissible in all of these offices but where necessary a reception area is available.
