Amber Valley Borough Council has it's headquarters in the town of Ripley.

There are also four Town Centre Offices, in Alfreton, Belper, Heanor and Ripley, where you are able to make payments and have access to advice and information on many Council issues. There is also a free phone service to the Town Hall in Ripley if your query cannot be resolved at the local office.

All council offices including those within depots are maintained to legislative standards, regulations and any relevant codes of practice. Public access is not freely permissible in all of these offices but where necessary a reception area is available. These are maintained to a high standard for the comfort of the public.If you are dissatisfied with the maintenance or the cleaning of the offices/reception area then please inform a member of the reception team or telephone the council on the number below.
