If you own your own home we may be able to help you pay for essential repairs. Please visit the housing grants page to see if you are eligible for a housing grant.
Tenants of Houses and Flats
If you live in rented accommodation that is in poor condition please make sure that your landlord is aware of the problem and give them a chance to carry out any repairs. If you have done this and there are still problems with your home please contact us and we will inspect the property and make sure that the landlord carries out any essential repairs.
