If you are assisting someone who is unable to communicate in English then please contact the Council using one of the contact methods detailed below. We will then make arrangements for appropriate translation services.

	01773 570222 - The Council's switchboard is open from 09:00 to 16:30 Mon, Tue, Thu and Fri and 10:00 to 16:30 Wed excluding bank holidays and certain other discretionary holidays.
	01773 841343 - Faxes received outside of normal working hours will be dealt with the following working day.

	Town Hall, Market Place, Ripley, DE5 3BT - You can visit the Council's main office which are open from 09:00 to 16:30 Mon, Tue, Thu and Fri and 10:00 to 16:30 Wed excluding bank holidays and certain other discretionary holidays. 	Town Centre Offices in Alfreton, Belper, Heanor and Ripley.	The Council has offices in each of the 4 town centres that can be used to access a wide range of services.
