Alfreton's New Station Building

Network Rail and East Midlands Trains are holding a ‘drop-in and see’ public information event this Friday afternoon (11th September) at Alfreton Train Station.

A display showing the plans for Alfreton’s new Station building (which includes a ticket office, waiting area, toilets and retail space) as well as alterations that will make the station accessible for all (including step free access to platforms and a new footbridge with lifts) will be on display.

The event will take place in the Station Foyer between 14:00-17:30 hours this Friday and representatives from Network Rail and East Midlands Trains will be on-hand to discuss any questions you may have.
