Make an appointment
Please call the planning department on 01773 841571 if you wish to view a hard copy of any documents associated with a current planning application at the main Town Hall. Appointments will be offered for a 30 minute slot after 1pm Monday to Friday. Please note that 2 days prior notification is required to ensure that the documents are available for viewing.
If the application you wish to view is historic and a decision has been issued, please contact 01773 570222 extension 2476.
When arranging an appointment please ensure that you inform the council of any particular documents you wish to view. The documents will be available in an electronic format, if you have any specific requirements please ask when making your appointment.
Please note: Documents for new applications may not yet be available as they
have to be carefully validated before they are uploaded onto the system. Please
try again in a day or so to view these documents.
General application documentation is available for applications submitted from
2004 onwards, Documents considered by the planning board are included from 2002
onwards and these are available shortly before the meeting.
Documents received as emails may be stored in Microsoft MSG format. An alternate link is
supplied for these docs to ensure they can be viewed on all types of device.
