Application evaluation process

No provision in the legislation

Will tacit consent apply?

Yes. This means that you will be able to act as though your application is granted if you have not heard from the local authority by the end of the target completion period, which is 28 working days from the date your application is received by the council.

The House to House Regulations 1947 provides for both the method of application, and the manner in which house to house collections may be carried out including the conduct of promoters and collectors
