Viability assessment

In August 2023, the borough council commissioned consultants Aspinall Verdi Limited to undertake a Viability Assessment of the draft Amber Valley Borough Local Plan. The purpose of commissioning this work was to establish up-to-date viability evidence in relation to the cumulative impact on the development of the Local Plan policies. The evidence has informed the preparation of appropriate policies and proposals in the new Amber Valley Borough Local Plan.
