Dethick, Lea and Holloway Neighbourhood Plan

Dethick, Lea & Holloway Parish Council has produced a Neighbourhood Plan for the Parish of Dethick, Lea & Holloway and has now submitted it to Amber Valley Borough Council to make the arrangements for publicity and formal consultation for a period of 6 weeks from 27 September 2019.

The Neighbourhood Plan area includes the parish of Dethick, Lea & Holloway and includes policies against which future development proposals would be assessed through the planning process.

Quoting 'Dethick, Lea and Holloway Neighbourhood Plan' and to arrive no later than 4.30pm on 8 November 2019.

Comments can include a request to be notified of the borough council’s decision regarding the Neighbourhood Plan.

All comments will be forwarded to an independent person appointed to carry out an examination of the plan.

*Please note that your submitted comments will be used in the plan process for the lifetime of the Neighbourhood Plan in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018. Your response cannot be treated as confidential as they may be available for public inspection.

A screening opinion has been carried out to determine whether or not the Dethick, Lea and Holloway Parish Neighbourhood Plan requires a SEA or HRA.

Dethick, Lea & Holloway Parish Council consulted on their draft Neighbourhood Plan under Regulation 14 of The Town and Country Planning, England The Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012. This consultation period finished on 3 April 2019.
