The annual walking festival is back from 13 until 28 September 2025, offering 24 guided walks that explore the beauty and history of Amber Valley.

Eight parks and green spaces across Amber Valley have once again been officially recognised as some of the very best in the country, after each was awarded a prestigious Green Flag Award.

Our trainee scheme is helping people take their first steps into rewarding careers, with new roles set to launch later this year following its early success.

We’re consulting on Main Modifications to the Local Plan, as recommended by the Planning Inspector — and we’re now inviting representations as part of a formal consultation.
