Are you a town centre* business in Amber Valley looking to improve your shop front?

We have a small window of opportunity with a shop front improvement grant available so grab this chance whilst you can!

Your property must be based within one of the four market towns in Amber Valley - *Alfreton, Belper, Heanor, or Ripley
Must be a ground floor shop frontage
Maximum grant of £500.00
50% match funding is required i.e. if the total project cost is £500.00 you will only be eligible to apply for £250.00 towards the project.

Amber Valley Borough Council is excited to announce the launch of the UKSPF Shop Front Improvement grant in April 2023. Funding has been secured from the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund to support businesses occupying a property with a shop front to make improvements.

Grant funding of £1,000 to £4,000 can be applied for, this must be matched 40% by the applicant, for example, if the total project cost is £5,000 you can apply for £3,000 (subject to eligibility).
