This consultation seeks the views of the public and any other interested parties on their views on the application from Unbrako Precast Concrete Limited to operate a process at a site which involves the coating of roadstone materials with bitumen.
The role of the Council is to consider comments arising from the consultation process as they may have implications for its regulatory role in controlling emissions to air from this process.
