The Council has identified some minor inconsistencies with the numbers shown in Main Modification 13, 22, 23, 24,100, 101 and 104. The Council has amended these figures and updated the Schedule and Local Plan with Proposed Modifications accordingly.
Consequently, the consultation on the post-hearing Main Modifications to the Local plan has been extended for a further six weeks until 4:30pm on Tuesday 14 October 2025. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

In line with the examination process only representations on these documents should be made and not the Local Plan as a whole. Any comments made during previous Local Plan consultations have already been considered by the Inspectors and should not be resubmitted.

Additional Modifications are minor changes the council would like to make to the Plan, such as formatting or typographical errors which are not necessary to make the Local Plan sound or legally compliant, are not consulted upon. The council has prepared a Schedule of Proposed Additional Modifications which is available to view below, however please note this is for information only.
The council has also prepared a tracked changes version of the Submission Local Plan to assist in understanding where the Main Modifications and Additional Modifications have been proposed and a revised version of the Policies Maps.
