Notice is hereby given that Amber Valley Borough Council in exercise of its powers under the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 proposes to extend for a period of 3 years, a number of Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO) originally made on the 2nd October 2023. The proposed extension is for gating orders which are already in situ. Please see the current Gating Order PSPO.
We hereby invite representations on the draft proposed Orders. Representations on the proposed Public Spaces Protection Orders can be made via the Councils website using the link above. The consultation runs from 1 April 2026 to midnight on 10 June 2026. Please ensure we receive your responses before the end of the consultation to ensure your views are taken into account when a final decision is made.
