Community classes

Looking to boost your health and wellbeing? Our community classes are a great way to get moving and feel better - whatever your fitness level.

From gentle movement to more energetic sessions, there’s something for everyone, with friendly, welcoming classes taking place across the borough. Sessions can be done seated or standing – it’s entirely up to you, so you can take part in whatever way feels most comfortable.

10:30am - 11:15am

 

All sessions finish with a chance to cool down and to stay and socialise!
