The building control services for Amber Valley Borough Council are now being provided by Derbyshire Building Control Partnership. This newly formed company provides building control services for six local authorities in Derbyshire. From 1st June 2017, all payments for building control plan assessments, approvals, site inspections and certification will be made to the Derbyshire Building Control Partnership.
