The building control services for Amber Valley Borough Council are now being provided by Derbyshire Building Control Partnership. This newly formed company provides building control services for six local authorities in Derbyshire. From 1st June 2017, all payments for building control plan assessments, approvals, site inspections and certification will be made to the Derbyshire Building Control Partnership. If you hit a problem then we will be there to help. We are an extra pair of eyes and you can rely on us to back you up. Only a Local Authority can give you the peace of mind of an Approval Notice and a Completion Certificate. We will help you to cut out the red tape. You can talk to our technical support teams about how to make an application over the phone and start work almost straight away.
