The Local Development Scheme (LDS) is a management plan for the preparation of planning policy documents referred to as Development Plan Documents (DPDs).
The council has approved a revised Local Development Scheme (LDS14) which can be viewed at the following link:
LDS14 sets out a revised programme and timetable, including key milestones, for the preparation of a new Local Plan for Amber Valley.
The revised Local Development Scheme is in effect from 28 February 2025.
