The local development scheme (LDS) is a rolling 3 year management plan for the preparation of planning policy documents referred to as development plan documents (DPDs).
The council has approved a revised local development scheme (LDS13) covering the period from 24 January 2024 to 24 January 2027. LDS13 sets out a revised programme and timetable, including key milestones, for the preparation of a new Local Plan for Amber Valley.
The revised local development scheme is in effect from 24 January 2024.
