Local plan examination

The Amber Valley Borough Local Plan 2022-2040 was submitted to the Secretary of State on 29 July 2024. An independent examination will be held by an Inspector appointed by the Planning Inspectorate (PINS) on behalf of the Secretary of State.

The submission of the Local Plan follows the Regulation 19 consultation, which took place earlier this year. All representations received have been published and can be viewed on the examination pages. All representations have been passed to the Planning Inspectorate.
