Make an application for events on council land

To make an application to hold an event on council land, please complete the online application form below. Alternatively you can download a PDF version of the application form and return this to us.

We advise to read all guidance before completing.

If you are planning to organise an outdoor event the Derbyshire Events Safety Advisory Group (DESAG) would also like to know about it.

You can submit basic details of your event to the DESAG by completing the event notification form at www.derbyshireprepared.org.uk/get-involved/hosting-public-event. This information may be shared with the emergency services and local authority officers who are involved in the regulation of events within Derbyshire. The DESAG will contact you if further information is required.
