The closure of some public toilets in Amber Valley has enabled the borough council to work closely with local businesses to develop a community toilet scheme (CTS).
The CTS is an innovative approach to providing public access to better-quality toilets in our main town centres. It is aimed at businesses that already provide toilet facilities for their customers and may not object to members of the public using their facilities, without necessarily purchasing goods or services.
The following list identifies local businesses signed up to the community toilet scheme, alongside any council (borough/parish/town) run toilets, which are currently available for public use.
