Pool of model conditions

When applying for a new premises licence applicants are encouraged to provide as much information as possible in their operating schedule.

Part M of your application details the steps that you will take to promote the four licensing objectives of:

  1. The prevention of crime and disorder
  2. The Prevention of public nuisance
  3. Public safety and
  4. The protection of children from harm

Amber Valley Borough Council in conjunction with Derbyshire Police have developed a 'Pool of Model Conditions' which applicants can use to help them complete this section of their application and create a high quality operating schedule.

The conditions listed in the Pool of Model Conditions can be used either as they are written or they can be modified by applicants to fit the size, type, and nature of your premises as may be required.

Equally, applicants are under no obligation to use the Pool of Model Conditions and may simply wish to use them as a guide to draft their own, however, the Pool of Model Conditions will give all applicants an indication of the level of detail expected to be achieved in their applications.

The above information is also applicable to those seeking to vary an existing premises licence as it is possible to both add and remove conditions of existing licence under the Full Variations process and in certain circumstances the Minor Variations process
