If you disagree with your star rating you can appeal it. In the first instance you are advised to speak to the inspecting officer for them to explain how your rating has been determined. To submit your appeal please complete the form below, however before you begin please read the following notes for businesses.
- As the of the operator of the establishment you have a right to appeal the rating given following your inspection if you do not agree that the rating reflects the standards and management controls found at the time of the inspection.
- You have 21 days (including weekends and bank holidays) from the date of granting the licence to lodge an appeal.
- The lead officer will review your rating and communicate the outcome of your appeal to you within 21 days.
