When applying for a pavement licence it is necessary to display a notice advertising the fact that an application has been submitted and that members of the public can make representation to the council if they wish to do so. Download our template notice and it must be displayed continually for seven days starting on the day that the application is made. Please also refer to our terms and conditions before making your application.
