Will tacit consent apply?

Yes. This means that you will be able to act as though your application is granted if you have not heard from the local authority by the end of the target completion period.

The target completion periods are (from the date your application is received by the Council) 21 working days in the case of an application to licence a street collection and 7 working days for the supply of a return
