Town centre promotional activities

With Coronavirus (COVID-19) now affecting many areas of our services to the residents and businesses of Amber Valley, we are keen to keep you right up-to-date with the changes we are being forced to make. Read more about your council services.

All promotional activities carried out in Amber Valley town centres must be authorised prior to the activity taking place. The cost is £50 plus VAT per day. Town centre promotional activity locations can be viewed here.

Eligibility criteria

  • Alfreton – Consent street area
  • Belper – Consent street area
  • Heanor – No provision in legislation
  • Ripley – No provision in legislation
