Planning hearing: tree replacement notice appeal

There will be a Planning Hearing on 24 August 2023 starting at 10am.
This hearing relates to the appeal by Haytop Country Park Limited of Amber Valley Borough Council’s decision to issue a Tree Replacement Notice for trees felled unlawfully at the Haytop Country Park site.
The Planning Hearing is open to members of the public to attend in person and will be held at Amber Valley Borough Council, The Town Hall, Market Place, Ripley, Derbyshire DE5 3BT.
