Historic decision notices

With Coronavirus (COVID-19) now affecting many areas of our services to the residents and businesses of Amber Valley, we are keen to keep you right up-to-date with the changes we are being forced to make. Read more about your council services.

We are currently working on a project to scan all historic decision notices and make them publicly available. 

All decision notices from 2004 on wards are stored in our document management system and they can be accessed via the planning application lookup page.

  • 1974 - 2000 have been scanned are available via this page
  • 2001 - 2003 are currently being scanned

Because of the way our system manages this historic information, you can only search using the application reference number. If you do not know this number or you cannot find the application please contact the planning team on 01773 841571 or development@ambervalley.gov.uk
