Amber Valley Borough Council resolved on 9 June 2021 to agree alternative spatial strategy options for housing and economic growth, for the purposes of consultation and engagement and to agree a refreshed programme and timetable for the preparation of the new Local Plan.
Accordingly, Amber Valley Borough Council consulted on alternative spatial strategy options for the scale and distribution of housing and economic growth, between 8 July and 30 September 2021. A total of 712 representations were received in response to the consultation.
