The new Local Plan will help shape the future of Amber Valley for many years to come. We want local communities, businesses, landowners, developers and other stakeholders to play an active role in its preparation.
The purpose of this consultation is to invite representations on what the Local Plan should contain and establish how the Borough Council should engage with its communities, consultation bodies and other stakeholders. This will help to inform the Council’s Community Engagement Strategy and ensure everyone’s views are taken into account.
The Borough Council has produced a scoping document to assist the consultation, this document is available to view below and in person during normal opening hours at: Amber Valley Borough Council, Town Hall, Market Place, Ripley, Derbyshire, DE5 3BT.
